Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on any qualifying order with a subtotal of $299.00 or more (that's before taxes and shipping). For orders below that threshold, the shipping rate is automatically calculated at the check out depending on your items and your shipping address. For the standard shipping, you will received your order anywhere from 4-10 business days from the date it is shipped. We offer expedited services at an additional cost. 

The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, although some ship via USPS. If you need something quickly, many of our products are also eligible for express shipping for an additional charge. You can see if your product has this service available by clicking “View Shipping and Delivery Estimates” on the product page. If something is particularly heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, is perishable, or ships from another country, we’ll note an extra surcharge on the product page and at checkout.

Additional rates will apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that express shipping is not available to either state. We also cannot ship internationally, to U.S. Territories, or to P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer an international shipping to Canada by UPS. Our international shipping is all  Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). That is, the buyer pays any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes when the shipment arrives at the border - before the shipment can be delivered. Please bare in mind that we don't offer exchange and refund for international shipping. 

 

 

Shipping Delivery 

If it says "quick ship" on the product page, it means it is available to be shipped now. During the holiday or sale seasons, the shipping will take longer. Most of the products in our shop ship UPS Ground, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will typically arrive within 7 business days. 

As soon as your order is en route, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

  

Sales Tax

 No Sales Tax will be charged for purchases shipped to all states in the US, except New York. 

 

Local Pick Up 

Pick up your order for free in NYC. The pick up location is near World Trade Center in NYC. 

  • Local pickup service is available at the downtown NYC (near the World Trade Center) : The exact pick up location will be sent to the customer by email after the confirmation. 
  • Pick up is usually ready in 24 hours 
  • When your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirmation that it can be picked up in store. Please note, pick-up times can be longer due to increased demand over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Photo ID is required for store pickup.
