Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

No merchandise maybe returned unless our customer service department has been contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods for authorization and return instructions.

There is no obligation on the part of Leef NYC to accept the return of goods ordered in error or because the customer has changed his/her mind. Leef NYC make an exception to this rule and agree to accept the return of goods, a 30% restocking fee will automatically be applied. All authorized returns will be assigned an 'RA" (Return Authorization) number. No return, are accepted without an "RA" number noted on the shipping label. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@leefnyc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Handmade and hand-painted products 

Please note that some of our handmade or hand painted products are subject to imperfections. They are NOT attributed to a manufacturing flaw, thus not eligible for "defective or damaged" items to return. 

These imperfections make each piece unique and special. Some of those imperfection features may include: 

Tiny black holes and bubbles, surface imperfections or different colors for similar products part of the same collection made with reactive glaze. Different weights, different sizes, different shades, irregular patterns, tiny irregularities of contact parts, color concentration in natural deposit, signs of connections between different elements are all intrinsic characteristics that represent the uniqueness of each article. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and  teas), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Christmas ornaments, and gift cards.

Shipping is not refundable. 

 

Internationally shipped products are not eligible for exchange/refund. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a exchange, you can contact us at nfo@leefnyc.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When needs to cancel the order, the credit card processing fee (3.0%) will be deducted from total refund.
